Hi, I'm Adam, founder of Kinner Properties, one of Kansas City's established short term rental operators. I personally own and manage dozens of homes across the city and serve as a Board Member of the Short Term Rental Alliance, advocating for responsible hosting and fair policy in our community.
I don't typically manage other people's homes. I focus on my own portfolio.

I'm not looking to manage everything. I'm looking to work with the right homes.
I handle pricing, compliance, guest screening, and operations daily within my own portfolio. I know how to protect properties and position them to capture premium revenue during high demand events.
You work directly with me. I live here, operate here, and understand this market deeply.

Over the years I've hosted thousands of guests from around the country and around the world. Most of the homes you'll find here are properties I own myself, which means I'm deeply invested in making sure every stay is a great one.
In addition to running Kinner Properties, I serve as a Board Member of the Short Term Rental Alliance, where I advocate for responsible hosting and fair policy for Kansas City's short term rental community.
